Returns

To return a Genkidama product, please follow the steps below:

1. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing contact@genkidama.com. Include your order number, purchase date, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

2. Once you receive the RMA number, clearly write it on the outside of your return package.

3. Make sure all returned items are in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. Products showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.

4. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of your purchase date to be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

5. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning products to Genkidama. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Contact Customer Support to confirm your RMA number and specify whether you’d like a replacement, exchange, or refund.

7. Send your return package to the Genkidama return address provided by our support team after your RMA request is approved.
