While we take every step to produce your order accurately, certain issues fall outside our control. Genkidama cannot be held responsible for errors in text, spelling, or design submitted by the customer, nor for low-quality images or files uploaded for printing. Additionally, mistakes related to product type, size, or design placement chosen by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Please review your design carefully before placing your order. Since each item is made-to-order, Genkidama does not offer design editing or proofreading services prior to production.
